Server/ Mesero(a)
Part-Time or Full-Time
The Server is responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking all food and beverage orders, and making sure they are delivered in a timely manner to the guests satisfaction. Professional demeanor, cleanliness, great communication skills and reliability are must have qualities for our servers.
El (la) Mesero(a) es responsable de dar la bienvenida a los clientes, tomar con precisión todas las ordenes de comida y bebidas y asegurarse de que se entreguen las ordenes a satisfacción de los clientes. Host
Part-Time
The host/hostess is responsible for delivering a friendly greeting upon guests arrival, promptly seating the guests, bidding customers farewell and inviting them back upon their departure, cleaning, and taking and giving to-go orders.
El host es responsable de dar un saludo amistoso a la llegada de los clientes, sentarlos rápidamente, despedirlos e invitarlos a regresar a su partida, limpiar y tomar y entregar ordenes para llevar.
Line Cook
Full-Time
The line cook is responsible for setting up and stocking assigned stations with all necessary supplies, preparing food for service, cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean work area.
Los cocineros(as) son responsables de preparar y cocinar elementos del menú en cooperación con el resto del personal de la cocina, y el mantenimiento de un área de trabajo limpia.


Bartender
Part-time or Full-Time
The Bartender is responsible for making and serving alcoholic beverages, taking, charging, and giving phone and to-go orders, and keeping a clean work-area.
El Bartender es responsable de preparar y servir bebidas alcohólicas, tomar, cargar y dar órdenes telefónicas y para llevar, y mantener limpia el área de trabajo.
Manager
Full-Time
The Manager is responsible for ensuring a great guest experience, understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures, and holding Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards. The manager is able to find the root cause of issues while being self-reflective and holding themselves accountable first. They must be able to communicate and embody Mi Ranchito's standards and beliefs.
